Returns

At PERCPTN, we take pride in producing high-quality garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pre-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition or exclusive releases (unless defective)

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email regarding your refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made by PERCPTN.
